I'm Nikhil Bajikar, creator of the UnBecome™ Framework—a philosophy that begins with a simple premise:
Clarity is not something we acquire. It is something we uncover by removing what is false.
For over two decades, my work has explored the intersection of leadership, communication, trust, artificial intelligence, and human potential. Across enterprise leadership, sales, consulting, research, and writing, one question has remained constant:
